This cannot be a less important topic.Because it's good because we have a system that gives us junior successes and provides players all the time to the senior team.

- So what if we train many volleyballers, since when switching to the senior volleyball we throw the logs under our feet, actually impossible to pass?- asks manager Ola Piskorska.

-This means that dozens of 19-20-year-olds give up playing volleyball and go to a normal life, to study or work.Nobody wants to pay the property for them and it's hardly surprising.And in this way, the money spent on their training in sauce (volleyball schools - red) and possibly in Spała (at the school of sports championships, to which the best from sauces) go into the mud - he adds.

Świderski knows all of this very well.He has been the president of ZAKSA for the last six years.And he was convinced of how difficult it was to bet on young, talented Poles.

Let's follow one case.Filip Grygiel as a youth was a representative of Poland.Świderski, appreciating his potential, wanted the boy to develop in Zaksa.How everything went, says the player manager, Jakub Michalak.

- Let's imagine that in a moment the boys who were reserve there will return with the World Cup medal to 21 years old, i.e. they certainly do not present the level of PlusLiga yet, but someone will calculate over 50,000.equivalent.Nobody will want to pay it.Then the mother club will be waiting.And he does not have to give the player a job.In football in the 90s.Jean-Marc Bosman proved that this was an illegal practice.And with us, unfortunately, this system works - sums up the manager M.in.Bartosz Kurka.

- It's an idea to do something with players who are 20 years old and do not get to PlusLiga and to the first league.The truth is that we have two strong leagues, many young Poles play in them, but young players who will not get.Let them have another place to play.Maybe one of them will develop later - says Malke.

Both Picking and Malke as an example of such later volleyball development give Mateusz Bieńek.The middle of our senior team introduced himself to a wider audience only as a 21-year-old.

The Academic League is an interesting idea.Świderski wants her to have a sponsor and give players scholarships.There are no details yet, no one will guarantee that it will work.But you just have to look for new ideas.

Dariusz Kopaniak talks about searching for new solutions interestingly.This is a trainer who has been working at the bottom of the training pyramid for years.In 1994 he founded the Metro Warsaw club.This is a real institution in national training.From there they came out.in.World Champions Piotr Nowakowski, Karol Kłos and Andrzej Wrona.

- Many years ago at the PZPS congress I proposed to build a volleyball talents monitoring system.So that every coach from Poland can call a special union number and say: "I have a great child at home, willing to volleyball, with sensational parameters".It would be enough to appoint a person to a given year who would collect the base of players and their trainers from various places in Poland and would monitor their development regularly - says Kopaniak, who trains girls.

- There was an objection that such a system is a paradise for traders, managers and richer clubs that will quickly buy such reported children.And yet it is enough to introduce a recipe that when you save your child in PZPS (of course after verification of the application) to the list "attention talent" any change in club colors requires acceptance of PZPS.Simply such a unique child would become an apple of the eye, they would have to develop them calmly and sensibly - adds the trainer.

Our talents in the shadow of the results

The development of girls in our volleyball is worse than boys' development.Świderski knows about it.At the beginning of September, we talked to him for sport.pl m.in.on this topic.- the best specialists are needed there.And it can't be that someone falls into a basin and in this stagnation lies for years.Because it transfers to this youth.You need a plan, consistency and good work and pure passion, because it cannot be that the 16- or 17-year-old learns what she should learn when he was 10 years old-he said then.

Kopaniak wonders why young Polish women are missing a lot to the best.- As I recently saw the match of our team with Russia at the U -18 cadets in Mexico, they are all my volleyball players - and I run in the 14 -year -old club - I recommended to see how to play how to play.Unfortunately, for example I gave the Russian women - he says.

- the Russian women looked great.Good physical conditions, good fitness, mentally and technically, simply ready to play in every respect.With us, unfortunately, I have the impression that we do not invest in talents, but in those that currently play better.When in the Polish team U-14 for two years the middle game is good, after which, however, you can see that there are no adequate conditions and prospects, and after two seasons it just likes and nobody is interested, what does it make sense?You need to train players with appropriate, unique potential, you need to invest in them and be patient.There is no other way - argues the trainer.

"I thought I would fall from the chair"

Apparently, development and those with great conditions, and smaller, brave, lively volleyballers and volleyballers, we also block after they leave the sauce.We do it without guaranteeing them the care of the best trainers in Spała and Szczyrk (there is a SMS for girls).

- In recent years Michał Bąkiewicz joined the team of trainers in Spała and improvement is visible.But earlier it was that every day of poor quality coaches worked there with young people, and only just before the world or European championships came professionals.The effects are that recently my player, a staff of all youth stages, just finishing Spała, told me that he could not take Float on his fingers, because no one has ever taught him.It was considered that he was enough to be able to take the lower way.I thought I would fall off the chair, as I heard it - we hear from one of the agents.

Spała does not train like the French

- We praise the French for technical training, just for the party, for defense, for various games.There, someone works with young people on it, and with us everything depends on the coach and his good will, there is no standard modern path - adds a manager who does not want to reveal his name.

President Świderski certainly heard similar opinions, since before the election he told us this way: "There must be a coherent plan, there must be consistency and continuation of work from a child to a senior".

We also hear that there is a lack of dietitian in Spała and Szczyrk who would teach young athletes to eat healthy eating.And that teaching is at low levels, which can be seen especially from foreign languages.
