After the owners of the hotel in Murzasichle began to offend the person who gave them a negative opinion on the network, a storm started on the Internet.Excavation users decided to destroy the opinion of the Carpathian villa.Half a year after the scandal, the hotel has more guests than ever.

The Carpathian villa is actually three objects.A traditional wooden guest house, a modern, brick hotel and a small house for rent.

- The saying "no matter, as they say, is confirmed," comments Marek Topór, co -owner of the Carpathian villa.- Of course, we drew conclusions.We will not respond to negative comments anymore.It was a mistake.

Memorial New Year's Eve

The image scandal started in January this year.One of the clients of the villa, who had fun at the New Year's Eve party organized there, posted a negative opinion about the hotel.

- The worst New Year's Eve I was - wrote the client of the Carpathian villa.- 2/3 of the promised menu did not appear on the table, no washing water, no towels in the rooms and much more neglect on the part of the owners, about which to write for a long time.I completely do not recommend this place !!!

Instead of clarifying doubts, alleviate the matter or simply ignore the commentary, the owners of the Carpathia villa attacked their client.And it is brutally, in a style far from elegant.

- We are sorry that you had so bad, but we do not understand why you were extending your stay, since there was so much neglect.First, for a week you negotiated the price like the last beggar, so that the room was as cheapest, although by PLN 2, because you cannot afford more expensive - we read in the commentary.

It is still worse.There are accusations of organizing libation, "turning the room into a den" or hooking guests.

- And as proof of your behavior, we post one photo in which you completely drunk, you accuse you of a random man who is driving away from you, trying to push away as far as possible - writes the administrator of the Facebook page of the hotel.

Villa owners also attack the son of a woman who posted comments on her behalf.They point to him, among othersThat he is a "illegitimate son" of their client.

- We were furious - says Krystyna Topór, co -owner of the Carpathian villa after half a year from the outbreak of the scandal.- It was our first New Year's Eve organized in the new building.We felt unfairly treated.We were accused that we did not give all the dishes, which was not true, because this lady left the party at 1am, when the fun was still lasted.Of course, the comments posted by the person responsible for administering the party were inappropriate.We apologized for it.

Apologies

The "unfortunate" matter - to put it mildly - the responses of the owners of the Carpathian Villa came to the excavation.Internet users immediately began to publish negative comments on the hotel profiles and lowering its assessments.

After a wave of criticism, the owners decided to apologize.

- I am very sorry that there was a situation in which a trusted person serving the FB profile of the villa Carpathia answered in an extremely emotional, inelegant and far inappropriate manner.My fault as a supervisor is inappropriate supervision and too late reaction to scandalous entries.The more that, as Internet users have shown, there have already been uncultural answers - she wrote in a statement sent, among othersKrystyna Topór to local media.

As the owners of the villa declared, the person responsible for servicing the website and social profiles of the hotel was removed from the obligations.

The possibility of adding ratings and comments was also temporarily excluded.

However, the case did not end there.A few days later, "Gazeta Bałtycka" published a recording from a telephone conversation, overheard by one of the hotel guests.

- Why should I apologize to her?!She should apologize to me!She smeared me on the internet - says Krystyna Topór in it.

After publishing the recording, another apology appeared.

- You probably guess that in a family company, which was in such a position as our hotel, the atmosphere is very tense and inflamed.There are many difficult conversations during which errors are analyzed and hot topics are discussed.Sometimes emotions dominate.And unfortunately in the overheard recording you have witnessed such a difficult family conversation in the face of the problem - we read in a statement.

- We didn't want to apologize to anyone - says Krystyna Topór.She signed the official apology as the owner of the Carpathian villa.Today it is no longer, the hotel handed over to children, including her daughter, also Krystyna.- It was a private conversation between the family.Someone made us another dirty thing.

"Heroes" from the excavation

Meanwhile, the matter does not quiet at the excavation.A massive hatred attack on the hotel social profiles is underway.

- I haven't seen such a brothel for a long time.Anointed walls, bathroom for one floor.A shell in the toilet.Generally, the cistern does not work.The manager instructed me to pour the devoted faeces with water from a bowl, and then served dinner in the same bowl.To order beer, I had to do DNA tests or that I was from the right bed.When we wanted to eat Christmas Eve dinner with the family, a cockroach came out from under the bed and began to talk to us.An old sick insect told us that his whole family escaped from this hen, because the cooks turned them into pork chops.In general, I do not recommend it - this is one of the entries on the hotel profile.

- Willa organized a ride from the center with a carriage to Rysy (at least they claimed, I did not trust myself), and they substituted a horse that fell after a kilometer.They didn't give away the money.By a strange coincidence the next day Konin reigned on the menu - writes another user.

Similar, absurd entries are accompanied by the lowest possible grades.

When on one of the tourist portals the option of commenting and assessing the hotel is unlocked, the excavation appears: "TripAdvisor has already unlocked the ratings - you know what to do about it".

However, entries such as "Gin Glupia Pindo" (original spelling - ed.) Appear under the texts on the scandal related to the Carpathian villa.

One of the website users offers their "help".- I am one of the users of Wykop.pl with many years of experience, respected, my entries are widely commented on and plus thousands of excavations, for PLN 5,000 I will add a positive entry on my behalf - writes in the email to the owners of the hotel the user with pseudonym Bart.

The hatred attack went far beyond the Wykop website, social networking sites or booking pages.Krystyna Topór began to receive tendencies with threats.Someone also uploaded an advertisement with her phone number on the portal with erotic ads.

- I would like to eat your cake and then lick you all thoroughly - this is one of the news that comes to the hotel owner.There are many more.

"They came in whole series, one by one," says Krystyna in a breaking voice.- I'm sure I was followed.Of course, I reported it to the police, but no effect.

Coating

When the scandal associated with the villa has a bit quit, another entry of the customer's consolidated from the services of the guest house appeared on the Wykop.pl website, who stayed in it with a group of about 40 people.Vacationers reserved rooms in the new part of the center, but eventually three rooms were in the older one.

- It was a breach of arrangements.The difference in the standard was very large (no bathrooms in the room, much less space), so we thought that paying the full amount is not fair.Therefore, a colleague who was negotiating on our part went to talk to the owners - writes the user of the Wykop.pl portal.

The owners of the Carpathian Villa offered a reduction in the amount of PLN 10 per day for a person, which did not satisfy the guests, so on the day of departure they decided to negotiate the price again.As they describe, the hosts outraged by this fact did not stick, blocked the departure from the property and called the police.

According to Internet users, the owners behaved aggressively.However, the family leading the hotel describes the matter a bit differently.In their opinion, the tourists behaved aggressively and pay the earlier price, they simply did not intend to.

- The findings were clear, you agreed to it.And then the combination began - says Marek Topór.- I have the impression that this group came especially to make a confusion and unleash the scandal again.There were more problems with them, but let's give ourselves details.We have enough scandals.

Carpathia nothing happened

Ratings on Booking Portals Willa Karpatia is high again.At the beginning of September, all rooms are occupied.I ask the owners if the online "war" influenced their situation.

- In January a few reservations were actually canceled - says Marek Topór.- But in the long run, it can even be said that the hotel occupancy is greater.The site began to position better, we were interested in Booking Portals.And they stood, when they arrived, they come.We mainly rely on them.

As the village of the Carpathian Villa say, some customers are trying to use the scandal.

- There are people who try to negotiate a discount, for example, saying "if you don't give us, we will describe you on the Internet" - says Krystyna Topór.- But we are not fooled.

- We got a lesson - says Marek Topór.- Negative, false comments you just have to ignore.
