State fees such as a cogeneration, qualitative and power fee are another element.The last component of the electricity account is the fee for additional services, such as an electronic invoice or insurance.

How does the place of residence affect the cost of energy?

The place of residence has a significant impact on the annual electricity fees.The rates for 1 kWh are higher in the capitals of voivodships and larger cities.The highest bills are paid by the inhabitants of Gdańsk - about PLN 1861 a year.Warsaw residents are in second place - PLN 1823 a year, and the inhabitants of Poznań spend two hundred zlotys less, i.e. just over 1600 PLN.

The lowest electricity bills are paid by residents of western voivodships.Before signing the contract with the supplier, it is worth considering factors such as the place of residence and the type of heating in the household, as well as compare prices at specific suppliers and tariffs.
