Central locking does not close one door. How to fix it?

The construction of the central locking in a car is extremely simple. Yes, it may be radio controlled via the controller. However, the damage is much more frequent in the case of electric actuators installed in each door. This is nothing but motors that have gears and levers. Why do they break down? They wear naturally and often after a decade or more of operation.

However, it is not worth choosing the cheapest mechanisms. Very often they are of really low quality - so they can work louder than the factory ones, and they will break down faster.

Central locking does not lock all doors? Do not hesitate to repair it. Especially that you can make it yourself, and the prices of spare parts are in most cases low. For as little as PLN 20, you can make the door close in the car.

In a situation where the central locking does not close one door, it is much better to use the original part. And original does not mean a prohibitive price in this case. Prices start from 30-40 zlotys. In extreme cases, the OE type part can cost 180 - 190 PLN. Original but used actuator? In this case, the prices start from 5 - 6 zlotys. However, the question of durability remains. Second-hand mechanisms are already worn to some extent.
