The resolution on the introduction of the "Golden Hand for Seniors" program in Dębica was adopted by the city councilors in November last year. Its goal is to provide free assistance in minor home repairs to seniors who, due to their age, loneliness, illness or disability, are unable to do many jobs on their own.
