February 1, 2022, the amendment to the Act on limiting trade on Sundays and holidays and on certain other days enters into force. The change assumes tightening the ban on trading on Sundays so that shops providing postal services do not miss it. On non-commercial Sundays, only those outlets that can show a minimum of 40% will be allowed to open. revenue from postal activities. Does this mean that supermarkets will close their doors to customers again?

- According to the law, from February 1, 2022, Leroy Merlin stores will be closed on Sundays, with the exception of statutory commercial Sundays, the chain replied to us.

Castorama spoke in a similar tone: - We respect the provisions of the Act on Restricting Trade on Sundays and Holidays and on certain other days, which are changing as of February 1, 2022, the press office reported.

- Jula always adapts to the regulations in force in the country where it has its multimarkets. From February, Jula will remain a point where customers can send and collect parcels, but the stores themselves will not be open every Sunday. We are counting on changes in the law that will allow us to function these days.
