1. W Polsce można korzystać z kamer samochodowych i archiwizować pochodzące z nich nagrania. Warunek? Wideo wykorzystujemy na użytek własny. Wtedy nagrania nie muszą być w żaden sposób cenzurowane.
2. Można nagrywać innych użytkowników drogi i przesyłać wideo na policyjną skrzynkę. Policja potraktuje nagranie jako dowód złamania przepisów i ukarze kierowcę mandatem. Raz jeszcze przypominamy, że nie uprawnia to do łamania przepisów przez nagrywającego.
3. Nagranie z kamerki samochodowej może być dowodem naszej niewinności, jeśli będziemy uczestnikami wypadku. Dozwolone jest wykorzystywanie nagrań na swoją obronę.
