British authorities said a man had been arrested on Saturday 25 December when he entered the Winsdor property. The intruder turned out to be a 19-year-old man who brought a crossbow to the castle grounds. According to the police, the burglar was arrested and is currently in custody. He was charged with trespassing into a protected area and carrying an "offensive weapon".
