The 23-year-old, who broke into his mother's apartment last Friday, was detained red-handed by the police of the first police station. It turned out that the young Wałbrzych resident had recently left the prison. Instead of changing his life for the better, he can now go back behind bars. On Friday around 1:45 pm, police received a report of a burglary into one of the apartments in the Piaskowa Góra district. The thief was supposed to damage the balcony door on the first floor, and then enter one of the rooms, where he began drilling the lock on the exit door to the staircase. On the spot, the police found that the perpetrator of the crime was the 23-year-old son of the 49-year-old victim. He was arrested, fortunately he did not manage to steal anything, but the loss in property was initially estimated at PLN 1,700. Now the Wałbrzych resident will once again be brought to trial. For attempted theft with burglary, he may be punished with up to 10 years behind bars.
