He also referred to the incident that took place on January 10 at Nowogrodzka. On that day, Michał Kołodziejczak submitted a letter to the party's president Jarosław Kaczyński and the Minister of Agriculture Henryk Kowalczyk at the PiS headquarters. "You pretend it's fun and the problems are temporary, but it's time to face the truth," he wrote and listed the problems, among others. with rising food prices and the demise of small shops. The letter went on to accuse both politicians of "destroying Polish agriculture" and "death of Polish trade."
