The case of the businessman from Poznań was investigated by reporters from the "State in the State" program - we read on the Interia.pl website

Marcin P.'s debts already reach one million zlotys. The most serious problems began in 2019, when the man stopped paying for the rented hall. “The helplessness in this matter pisses me off the most. This man has not paid me for three years, I cannot enter my own premises, my own warehouse. I don't care about the financial aspect anymore, I just want to regain peace and let this gentleman leave the property, ”said the property owner, Filip Paszkiewicz.

Filip Paszkiewicz lost any hope of getting his money back. Although Marcin P. owes him PLN 170,000, he also has other liabilities that make him insolvent. So far, the bailiffs have not been able to collect any amount. The debtor has already eluded them twice ... changing sex.

As indicated by the Interia portal, in the event of a gender change, a person receives a new PESEL number. As a result, all data in judgments and orders for payment become obsolete. In addition, there is no official information about the gender change anywhere - which makes the work of bailiffs even more difficult.

The owner of the hall, Filip Paszkiewicz, believes that if the problem with indebted tenants is not solved, his business will go bankrupt. He is still fighting for the eviction order for Marcin P., but he does not appear in court "for health reasons".
