Roll-Bar 125 - a new baler in the New Holland offer - Agricultural machinery

The new Roll-Bar 125 is the successor to the best-seller in the fixed chamber baler segment, the BR6090. It was based on the solid "DNA" of its predecessor, including proven bale chamber system - the Roll-BarTM bar chain - and with new features it is even better than the BR6090.

As the manufacturer assures, the Roll-Bar 125 round baler, like its predecessor, is to guarantee a very favorable price-performance ratio, as this aspect largely determined the market success of the BR6090 model.

The new baler is available in two versions: the feed rotor and the 15 knife rotor. It features modern styling and a large side cover for easy access for maintenance.

The manufacturer also emphasizes that the Roll-Bar 125 model stands out for its high flexibility. The combination of a massive floor roller, starter roller and high tensile steel bale turning bars in the proven Roll-Bar bale chamber system ensures early core formation and optimal winding for a wide variety of crops, from dry straw to wet silage.

There is also a safe place to store spare rolls of net. The new design is characterized by flowing lines and new decals.

The main frame of the press has been modified and rubber dampers have been added on both sides between the main frame and the tailgate to ensure smooth closing. The front lights have been moved to match the newly designed side skirts.

The manufacturer emphasizes that the new baler has been improved to ensure greater durability and lower maintenance costs. These include high-quality drive chains with chrome-plated pins and hardened plates for longer life, and new bearing seals to prevent dust contamination.

The proven hydraulic free-clutch rotor reversing mechanism is now also available on feed rotor models, making it easier to retract crop material in the event of a crop blockage.
