Continuation of the problems of the inhabitants at Bałuckiego Street - [photo: Grzegorz Frankowski] - The residents of the block at ul. Bałuckiego 4 in Głubczyce still have a problem. A few months ago, the residents of the only facility in the city adapted for the elderly and the disabled complained on Radio Opole that, in their opinion, despite the recent renovation, the technical condition leaves much to be desired. As they say, nothing has changed since then.

The Zębowice commune is looking for a company that will insulate three public buildings for PLN 1.3 million

The tenants of the block at Bałuckiego Street in Głubczyce have a complaint about the technical condition of the building. The commune refutes the accusations As Wiesław Górski, one of the residents, claims, "it is difficult to ask for even such basic things as mowing the grass in front of the building". - I reported to the manager of communal services. The manager said they didn't have time at the moment, they had more urgent matters. Yesterday I spoke to the lady in the office in the same way. He says it depends on the height of the grass. Regarding the statement of the mayor that everyone has to replace the balcony door, I would like to remind you how a few years ago I talked to the mayor that this house is a stop on the last road. My question is, do people also have to pay extra for the last stop? - the tenant complains. - We are sorry that we are treated like this, the elderly, sick people - add Lucyna Żynis and Janina Bzyl, residents of the block on Bałuckiego Street. - This is what the bathroom for an invalid looks like. There are no safeguards, no bathtub, no shower tray, nothing. Balcony door, balcony window, fingers go in there, it blows constantly. There is no administrator we can turn to. - They don't fix anything for us, and if we fix it, we have to pay for our money. It's terrible in here. The windows are leaking. Winter, the door to let the rat come downstairs. Everything sucks here. The commune doesn't care about us, let alone TBS. The building at ul. Bałuckiego belongs to the commune and is managed by the Głubczyckie Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego (Głubczyckie Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego). Stanisław Ciapa, the company's president, in an interview with Radio Opole, recalled that the building underwent a thorough thermal modernization in 2017. - The designer did not include any windows for replacement. He just decided that the window joinery was good. There may be situations where you need to adjust somewhere, but this is up to the tenant. If the tenant has any problems with this type of work, he has no funds, he can apply to social welfare through us. There are people with disabilities and we can help people with disabilities. However, as I indicated, I do not have any such information at the moment. Countering further allegations, the president of TBS explained that two different companies are responsible for clearing snow from the property and mowing the lawn. - We often ask the Municipal Services to cut the grass somewhere. But let's also remember that there are many commune buildings in Głubczyce, as well as other buildings with green areas and they must successively trim it, if the weather conditions also allow it. It has been raining quite a lot recently, and it was not possible to carry out certain works here as well. The president of Głubczyce TBS added that so far no complaints have been received from residents of the block at Bałuckiego 4 regarding the poor technical condition of the building. However, if such reports do appear, each case will be treated individually. Wiesław Górski Lucyna Żynis and Janina Bzyl Stanisław Ciapa Stanisław Ciapa
