Come and stay in Rytm Kabat! Last chance for an apartment

- Kabaty is a unique place on the map of Warsaw, which is why we have created a project of an open space with a multifunctional character, which will complement the local offer and will connect the city and nature. The apartment building will be erected along an axis delineated by a generally accessible linear garden, inspired by the Kabacki Forest. In order to blend in perfectly with the surroundings, the building will be mounted on pillars, which gives it lightness. In the estate, residents will also find, among others a common roof terrace or recreation and sports zones on the ground floor - says Dawid Wrona, director of apartment sales at Echo Investment.

The Echo Life Services amenities package includes innovative solutions in the common parts of buildings and their surroundings. The places that have so far been opened with an intercom (e.g. gates or doors) will be equipped by the developer with an automatic lock release system. To unlock them, just approach the sensor with a smartphone with an installed application. Thanks to it, it will also be possible to call the elevator without contact, which will take the resident to the right floor. In the area of ​​Rytm there will also be an InPost parcel locker, a bicycle room, a meeting area with a place for a summer cinema and a charger for electric vehicles.

Apartment in Kabaty - a scarce product

- Although Kabaty is very popular among buyers, not much is being built in this part of Warsaw. The high interest in our investment translates into dynamic demand - 156 units from the first and second stages of sale have already found their buyers, and another 34 are reserved. In the coming days, we will expand the selection and add the last 96 apartments to our offer, with various layouts and areas ranging from 27 to 101 sq m - says Dawid Wrona.

In total, 288 apartments will be built in Rytm. Residents of each apartment will have their own terrace or balcony at their disposal. Some of the apartments have two balconies or terraces facing different parts of the world. Adequate lighting is provided by panoramic windows. And for safety, comfort and energy savings, the Echo Smart smart apartment system will be provided in every apartment. It includes, among others: a control panel that wirelessly connects all Echo Smart devices into one system and a smart speaker. Thanks to them, the functions of the smart apartment can be controlled by voice commands or from the application level on the phone, for example, turning the light on and off, regulating the temperature or covering the blinds.
