"19 fire sensors were installed in each nave, and under the ceiling of the tunnel - along its entire length - three threads of line temperature sensors were laid.Temperature detectors are also installed in transformer stations, fans and technical rooms, "GDDKiA said.

A section speed measurement will be carried out in the tunnel at the Ursynów section of the southern Warsaw beltway."Controls will be carried out using 12 cameras, performing measurements in three lanes in both directions," spokeswoman of the Chief Road Transport Inspectorate Monika Niżniak informed PAP.

On Wednesday, in the Ursynów section of the POW, there were exercises of rescue services, in which representatives of the Mazowieckie Voivodship Office in Warsaw, the Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Warsaw, the Warsaw Police Headquarters, the Emergency Service and GDDKiA.The exercises were watched by the Mazowieckie Voivode Konstanty Radziwiłł and the director of the Warsaw branch of GDDKiA Jarosław Wąsowski.
