At the moment when the inspector gives a signal to stop, the driver is obliged to: stop the vehicle, keep his hands on the steering wheel, and on the order of the inspector, turn off the vehicle's engine, turn on the hazard lights and enable the vehicle to be identified (which includes access to the engine compartment and other places in the vehicle). In addition, both the driver and the passenger may only get out of the car or moped with the permission of the inspector.

How can the police stop a driver on the road?

The police, apart from the traditional standing on the roadside and controlling the road, have several other methods at their disposal. It can do this using a situation-monitoring helicopter as well as by drones. The signal from the cameras of flying objects is sent to patrols that are deployed on routes, eg expressways, highways, etc. Based on the signal sent, officers know who should be inspected and granted a ticket.
