Accused of an accident involving Beata Szydło: I had a wiretapping

Sebastian Kościelnik in an interview with Dorota Roman said that after an accident with his and Beata Szydło he was eavesdropping on.- in 2017.We haven't had Pegasus yet, but in a very short time after the accident I also had a wiretap.It was founded in my phone, with my patron and other people associated with this matter.Another example: for three or four months in my estate very often parked the car on Warsaw numbers.I also saw them in front of the school, I was followed by me.They didn't hide little about it - said Kościelnik

- However, no one was officially able to confirm whether it was a coincidence or whether I was followed.Maybe I was waiting for my leg to be - he added.

- After the accident there was another very strange situation regarding the place of the incident itself.At the time when people who wanted to record it, take a picture, approached and their phones turned off.The prosecutor's office rejected my doubts about these cases at the stage of the investigation.Nobody did it.I also know about a dozen or so situations when someone was 30-40 meters from the scene of the incident, and suddenly his phone stopped acting or the photo he managed to do, disappeared from the phone-he described.

How does Kościelnik know he was overheard?- From a friend of my patron's computer science, who then subjected my phone to a special study - he revealed, but added that they did not inform the prosecutor's office.- It was for private purposes.I am convinced that - just like with many other information - nothing would be done - he added.

He also said that he was considering checking if he was under surveillance of the Pegasus system, although he is not a politician or a public figure.- Since information about eavesdropping on patron Roman Giertych, however, I thought about it and I am considering it.I will contact this matter.Not so much when it comes to the phone, but about a laptop.I have additional protection in the laptop.And yet it looks like the camera is run by an external program.I can say that - he explained.

Kościelnik also spoke about the statement of the former TVP reporter, who revealed the backstage of information on the accident on social media.- I was surprised, because this is the second person who dared to tell the truth about it after such a long time.The more that it is not only about the event itself, but also what happened later.All these manipulations, understatements, lies, a hunt for me.Everything went into the world...He commented.

He also talked about the statements of the former bodyguard Beata Szydło, who in "Wyborcza" revealed that he and the rest of the officers were lying in the investigation.- I was honestly shocked by this information.For the first two or three hours I did not really believe that after such a long time one of the witnesses and participants of the whole event dared to tell the truth.It was a very brave act on his part - to appear in public and say that they were lying at the time - he assessed.

Does he plan any legal steps towards him?- If the District Prosecutor's Office in Krakow does not submit an application for re -interrogation of all BOR officers who were at the scene of the incident, then together with the proxy, we will want to submit such a request before the court.We care about their re -interrogation due to media reports.The prosecutor's office has such a duty, but will he do it?He wondered.
